How to Submit Your Proposal:
  1. Review the terms below and check the box to agree.
  2. Create an account with your email and a password. This lets you return later to edit your proposal or submit additional proposals. (Note: This is different from your NJSBA member account.)
  3. Enter your program details including title, description, and whether a Section or Committee is supporting your program.
  4. Provide moderator information — the moderator will receive the confirmation email.
  5. Add speakers (optional) — you can add multiple speakers to your proposal.
  6. Click "Save and Submit Proposal" to complete your submission.

After submitting: You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking ID. You can view and edit your proposals anytime by clicking "My Proposals" in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Note: Not every proposal will be accepted. The Meetings Arrangements and Programming Committee may modify or decline proposals that do not meet the educational objectives for the NJSBA Annual Meeting & Convention. Every effort will be made to incorporate program ideas; speakers/topics may be added to existing panels as needed.

All speakers must be NJSBA members and registered for the NJSBA Annual Meeting & Convention.
